The licensing layer, explained

Heat & Frost Insulator (253A) and EIFS Mechanic (455A) are voluntary trades. No provincial licence is required, but spray-foam and EIFS work depends on manufacturer applicator certification and product-specific training, and the asbestos-abatement adjacency pulls in O. Reg. 278/05 compliance.
