Timeline & Posts

Viewing Posts

The timeline shows posts from all communities, sorted by:

  • Top: Most popular posts based on votes and engagement
  • New: Most recent posts first
  • Trending: Posts gaining popularity quickly

Creating Posts

To create a post:

  • Click the "Create Post" button on the timeline
  • Select a community to post in
  • Add your title and content
  • Optionally include media or links

Communities

Communities are groups centered around specific topics or interests.

Community Features:

  • Join communities to see their posts in your timeline
  • Participate in discussions with other members
  • Access community-specific content and updates
  • View member count and community descriptions

Messages

Our messaging system lets you communicate directly with other users.

Messaging Features:

  • Start new conversations with other users
  • View your message history
  • Get real-time notifications for new messages
  • Send text messages and share content

Notifications

Stay updated with notifications about:

  • Replies to your posts and comments
  • Mentions of your username
  • New messages
  • Community updates and announcements

Profile & Settings

Profile Management:

  • Update your profile information and avatar
  • Manage your privacy settings
  • Customize notification preferences
  • Toggle dark/light mode

Account Settings:

  • Change your email preferences
  • Update your password
  • Manage connected accounts
  • Control privacy and visibility options

Account Deactivation:

  • You can temporarily deactivate your account at any time
  • Deactivated accounts can be reactivated by simply logging in within 6 months
  • After 6 months of inactivity, deactivated accounts are permanently deleted
  • All your data is preserved during the deactivation period
  • Contact support if you need to restore a deleted account
