The licensing layer, explained

Floor Covering Installer (448A) and Tile/Terrazzo/Marble Setter (241A) are voluntary trades. No provincial licence is required. You need a business licence, WSIB, and insurance. Manufacturer-certified installer programs and ASTM moisture testing gate warrantied commercial work.
