The remaining approved resources are released publicly, completing the January-February publication window and transitioning into the custody of established national organizations.

The deliverables only carry national weight if every province has a seat at the table. We are inviting employers, professional bodies, educators, labour, AI researchers, technology builders, standards bodies, government agencies, and Indigenous organizations.

The Board sets substantive direction; AEC Stack coordinates the operating cadence; technical writers synthesize; contributors provide expert input. AEC Stack convenes and does not claim proprietary ownership of any deliverable.

Synthesize contributor input into coherent drafts coordinated by AEC Stack.
Three contracted writers, each handling four deliverables across five months of synthesis.
Contributors
Contribute through interview sessions and hybrid working sessions. Committee volunteers also support session planning and synthesis.
